Someone is trying to reap me off, I made a mistake with my ad price, he made an order immediately I noticed the error I asked him not to make payment and cancel trade, he refused and sent the money, I have been appealing for a refund he refused since over 8hrs, I need help

Please I want to refund the buyer and have him cancel the trade, I have been calling but he refused to pick up
