My complaint:
I’m a P2P Merchant at Binance, I did more than 1400 orders without any mistake or problem when one scammed me at P2P order Binance team didn’t help me.
The buyer didn’t send money to me and I released my BTC by mistake at order no. 20418608579690881024 (26102022).
At the same time I contacted Binance team at chat they asked me to send video to proved that I didn’t receive money at my payment method at this order (Wise App) after I sent video they promised me that they will freeze buyer account and give the buyer a deadline (72 hours then 48 hours then last 24 hours) to contact me or Binance team, but the buyer didn’t contact either of us.
So Binance team told me at chat we will do manually transfer money to my account because the buyer didn’t answer them up to 02112022 but at 10112022 (case ID 96859620) they told me the problem is buyer account now has only 1764 USDT and the order was 2000$ and me accept to receive that only to avoid total loss then they told me after 3 days money (1764 USDT) will be at my account after 3 days I contacted Binance team they change what the promised me and told me that they will not do manually transfer up to the buyer answer them even in case I wait years
