My complaint:
Hey, I had a active order to buy the BTC at usd 35750
On 2nd June 2021 at 1:25 AM IST, the price went down as low as usd 35726.26 however my buying order didn’t processed.
I missed an opportunity to book the profit in Future trade.
Suggested solution:
I need to know the reason why my order was missed, its a serious fraud as people will stop trusting Binance functionality.
