My complaint:
I’d had an issue I’ve had going on for 3 weeks now. My withdrawals got disabled and then I had to resend in my documents to verify it was me. It said it would take 3-5 working days and it ended up taking a week and half. When that went I had another message on the withdrawal page saying my appeal is under review. I’ve invested so much money into this. Now you have held my money for 3 weeks coming to a month. . I got advised it will be sorted out within 24 hours and it’s been another whole week. My money has been held for a month now. I’m really not happy had I’ve had to deal with the money I have left and can’t even withdraw it.
Suggested solution:
Unlock my withdrawal and approve my appeal on my account so I can get back to my account
