My complaint:

I’ve requested a withdraw from my account in euros to my visa card, and nothing happened. Says Processing for more than 8 days. I cannot do anything with my money, just saying processing.
I try to contact them via support chat and nothing solves my issue.

Suggested solution:

They should at least cancel my withdraw, so i can transfer some other way.
