My complaint:
Binance accepted my documents to register and verify my account with my Russian passport Australian visa. It did operate in a good way until today, August 2023. They asked for additional authorization, however, did not accept the same package of documents saying that sanctions is the reason. However, according to Binance policy, only Russian nationalities and people who connected with the Russian government are not allowed to use Binance. Although I am Russian citizen, I am located in Australia for 4 years and I do have Australian proper visa and ID. Binance rejected my verification with Australian documents as they are pointing on my nationality which is breaking its own policies as it was mentioned before.
Suggested solution:
They need fully verificare my account through Australian documentation so it would allow me to do certain operations.
