My complaint:
I have now tried almost 10 times to go through the identity verification process at www.binance.us and it keeps failing every time.
I have taken photos of my NC driver’s license on both my laptop and on mobile phone. The result every time is a message saying ‘The ID has been used’.
Then I tried to use my Austrian passport (I am a greencard holder, Austrian citizen, have been living in NC for 21 years) and it declined with ‘Unsupported country’.
I have tried to open support tickets. I get zero response. I have even gone to the better business bureau and tried to send an email to binance.us through their email web form. No response.
Worst of all, because they made US residents ineligible to trade on the chinese binance.com, I had to transfer about $1,200 worth of BNB coin to my American binance.us account. It is now sitting in binance.us and I cannot access it, withdraw it or trade with it because the identity verification keeps failing every time.
Please help!
Suggested solution:
1. Either explain to me what 'ID_NUMBER_USED' means (and if it is a case of identify fraud then get in touch with me through my binance.us account (rhopperger@gmail.com)
2. Or give me some other means to verify that I am who I claim to be. I have NC driver's license, Austrian passport. I can go to a notary or do anything else. But the automated system is obviously not cutting it.
I want access to BNB coin on binance.us and so I HAVE to get verified there!
