My complaint:
In February 2022, $70,000.00 was place in a crypto account with Biance. A week later, the money was gone. I had a user’s name, password, and used an additional authentication code that was sent to my phone. Biance let someone into my account and take all of the money out. I have made a number of reports to the FBI, State Attorney, police. I hired a lawyer after my bank was not able to do anything.
Suggested solution:
Refund the 70,000.00 that was taken out of my account.
I have photos showing both the amount that was in the account and the money that was taken out of the account. The account was immediately closed.
