My complaint:
I transferred £500 from my bank to binance on 14th august. The transfer went through smoothly and the funds were received by binance and is held in my account under processing. The funds are normally available in 10 mins(I have done subsequent transfers and had no problems) HOWEVER. MY FUNDS ARE STILL PROCESSING AFTER 6 DAYS!!! I contact binance support multiple times during the day, every day and have been promised the funds will be available in 24 hours. Days have passed and still nothing.
Suggested solution:
They need to upload my money to my available funds immediately-I have sent all proof through to them
