My complaint:
I had converted my $2000 worth of TRX in binance to BNB. I wanted it credited to my BNB Smart chain Wallet in Trust wallet.
Over 8 hours now I am yet to receive the token. I have tried to use self service to recover my token but it is not working because it kept saying the information generated for the transaction is said to be conflicting especially the TR ID.
All the information was generated by Binance. Kindly help.
Suggested solution:
I want the token credited back to my wallet with Binance.
