My complaint:
I have transferred SHIB coin from binance to Coinbase worth 11m token of Shib coin (please see attached the image for more details) but this has never been received to coinbase wallet.
I have contacted coinbase and their response is we do not support Binance in our platform so I should contact binace to recover this transaction.
My concern is if coinbase does not accept transaction from binace then why binace allow this transaction to happen in first instance. So I belive it is their responsibility to give my coin back.
They have charged the fee for transaction so they should handle it with caution untill the work has been completed.
Suggested solution:
To give all my transaction amount back including the transaction fee.
