My complaint:
I bought 637 coins at £0.022 each on 26 March 2021.
When I checked on my coins on 1 April 2021 there were only 6 coins. The value of the coins have now risen to c£2.12 and my losses are great. Someone has taken my coins or there has been a malfunction in the system.
I have tried to contact Binance but the telephone numbers they list are not valid and they have proven to be very difficult to contact.
Suggested solution:
The missing coins are valued at £1,337.72 and this needs to be credited to my Binance account to resolve the issue. I would like the money credited in USDT. I purchased those coins in good faith and it is unethical and very disruptive for Binance to have systems in place, including any security breaches that may be present, to allow this to happen.
I have uploaded proof that I purchased and owned 637 Drep coins purchased at £0.022.
