My complaint:

I tried to buy Usdt with my credit card on 22nd of April 2021. 5000 usd was debited from my credit card but the amount can’t be seen in my Binance account. I tried to contact customer service and open a case. One agent contacted after a while but he told me that I should contact with an higher agent. Since then I’ve been waiting.

Suggested solution:

They can give my money back so that I can try another market
