My complaint:
You make it fucking impossible to register and log in. It should be straight forward.
Every time I try to log in, your system tells me to enter a Verification code that you claim was just sent to my email address.
It is almost never sent, no matter how many times I hit resend. When it’s finally sent, I enter the code, and your stupid system tells me that too much time has elapsed, and to try again later.
I understand the 2FA security, and I entered the code sent to my mobile phone OK. Then you also seem to want a code entered from my email address as well. As usual that’s a major problem, and when I finally get the code and enter it, your bloody system tells me too much time has elapsed, and try again later.
I don’t have this problem on other exchanges, so can you fix your bloody email verification system. I’ve been trying just to log in for about 3 days now, and I’m sick of it.
Suggested solution:
Fix your bloody email verification system. If I click on Get code, send me a bloody code, and don't make me repeat it 10 times.
