My complaint:
I’ve been unable to trade on binance for over a year now. I’ve submitted at least 3 tickets and it’s always the same response saying that they’re dealing with a large volume of tickets and they’ll get to it when they can. I can understand the delay, but this is ridiculous. They’re essentially holding my assets hostage at this point.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to withdraw all my assets so I can move to another service at this point
