My complaint:
I’ve been unable to deposit and withdraw funds on my Binance app for like almost a week now.It keeps saying complete verification after I have submitted all my necessary documents and it keeps failing.I don’t understand all these inconveniences honestly.
Suggested solution:
Please re-open my deposit and withdrawal portal.
