My complaint:
Hi There,
On Wednesday 19th I have noticed my futures positions in my Binance futures account have been terminated and my margin account balance has been wiped out. These positions were set to cross with only one with a liquidation price. ( I cannot check the exact liquidation price as there is no history on account).
I have not received any email or a notification for a margin call from Binance (although this is a condition for margin trading) and a simple margin add-on would have killed the leverage since it was a very small leverage (given the size and the margin balance).
I cannot see any margin call history either, nor liquidation history on the account.
Honestly I feel a bit abused and robbed by this practice and make me wonder if Binance is really legitimate and trustworthy to work as an Exchange

I request an explanation and ultimately a refund of my future account as the conditions for margin trading have not been respected by Binance
