My complaint:
My complaint is that my account got liquidated due to some system or Binance app problem. I put a take profit order and it didn’t trigger. The BTC price (64986.11) went higher from my TP (64980) order and then when it didn’t trigger it went down towards the liquidation price (around 63607.20) and I also put a Stop Loss order at (63700). Then the BTC price went down, my stop-loss order didn’t trigger and my account got liquidated.
Suggested solution:
They have to give me my money back so I can start trading again and also the profit that I lost by the TP order error.
