My complaint:

I used Binance.com to trade some cryptocurrency for about $2000 back in 2017. Sometime in 2020, Binance.com seems to have placed some restrictions on the US residents and that they have to start using Binance.US. For the last 2 months, I have been in constant battle with Binance.com customer support to lift the trade restrictions for a day or two so I can move my funds from Binance.com to Binance.US. I have done all sorts of verification- even made a self-identification video of myself with my ID and showed the history of funds and chat with customer service. I have been told that the restrictions on my account have been lifted for about 6 times now, and every time they were wrong. The customer service sucks and they literally take 3-4 days just to get back to me and I feel like my funds are quite literally being held hostage and I can’t do anything to move away from them.

Suggested solution:

Binance.com should lift the withdrawl restrictions on my account temporarily (48-72hrs) so I can move my funds from Binance.com to Binance.US.
