My complaint:
I funded the Binance account with €500 which was deducted by my Irish bank visa card. It did not update on Binance. I contacted my bank and they said that my visa card was definitely debited.
I have been unable to reach out to Binance as they have no phone number or email address. I have had €500 sent to Binance and they have not credited my account.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my €500 to my bank card or they should credit the binance account with the €500.
Have the same issue, send $600 but something failed with converting to busd, i called my bank also but is correct debited, like i see in my credit card, email the company couple times still no response from them very frustrated.
