My complaint:

i deposited a fairly large some of money to my binance account that has been froze
on processing for weeks binance have not released my funds or sent them back i have spoke to my bank and they can binance have received the funds binance support and customer service has been disgusting ive been ignored and sent the same automated emails? i am becoming very frustrated with this situation please help
