My complaint:
Binance make cash withdrawal virtually impossible.
I have been attempting to withdraw my cash via their app for 2 weeks, but it is impossible.
They have no customer service dept and their ‘help’ tab is merely a list of possible issues, none of which includes cash withdrawals
Suggested solution:
Allow me to withdraw my remaining funds
