My complaint:
On May 19th on my Binance.com crypto account I put in a $ 50.00 CAD order to buy XRP crypto and the price was approximately $ 1.25 USD 1.51 CAD. Shortly after I place my order on my Visa card I get a market ation of $ 1.84 CAD . Give me a break , with the worst crypto trading day on hand in ages, XRP never even traded near $ 1.84 CAD . No Support lines for this kind of situation so just tweeted a minor complaint to Binance and Binance Support immediately after. I don’t expect anybody to contact me since the money difference is so small and there must be thousands of complaints ahead of me. It’s just the principle. Suggested solution:
The net difference my account was cheated was probably only between $ 7.00 and 10.00 CAD. It's just the principle, it's not the 10 dollars. Binance should adjust the the price to the proper price $ 1.5125 CAD and credit me back approximately 5.5 more XRP coins since my order was $ 50 less a small transaction fee.
