I did a swift bank transfer to Binance 10 days ago and my money has not arrived. Binance customer support is very unhelpful.

By returning my money to my account.

Report to your bank. If transferred directly via account request to raise APP scam. If paid via card request them to open a chargeback. If credit card payment then you can ask them to raise s75 case for yourseld
