My complaint:
Hi, an advertiser sent me a proof of payment which I later on discovered as fake because one week has passed but I didn’t received his payment. I’ve been messaging the support team but they are not responding. I wanted to get back my money because its for my family but I can’t get any help :((
Suggested solution:
Reply first to my complaint, and then freeze the account of the scammer for him to message the support team and tell him that his account will be unfreeze if he pays everyone he scammed.
