Binance complaint: Excessive delay in BOTH depositing fiat / non-communication customer service

My complaint:

Binance US is a mess. They have a non-existent customer service that fails to respond. Recently they delayed my deposit of fiat dollars into my deposit account for more than three business days and failed to respond to 10 email requests for an update on where the funds were located. They could at least provide a telephone number for unresolved complaints they do not. I have lost a lot of money as a result of their delays and non-0communication.

Suggested solution:

call me sanjay srivatsa email me get the deposit done-quit delaying our fiat deposits coinbase pro never does these things and their customer service is infinitely better--the SEC needs to look at how these exchanges are abusing their customers
