My complaint:

Since April I have contacted the Binance.US support team because I was not able to withdrawal from my account. No one has responded to my emails or helped me. This month my dogecoins were sold and Binance disabled my account. I also sent many emails asking for help and I still did not hear from them. I have an account on Binance.US with almost three thousand dollars that I can’t access. It is not ok for me to be waiting almost 3 months without accessing my money, and no one to help.

Suggested solution:

Please re-enable my account and let me take my money out from Binance.US.
