My complaint:

My withdraws were restricted due to suspicion of fraud 4 days ago. I submitted all documents requested to reinstate 3 days ago and was told my account was being escalated to a senior agent via priority transfer and I have not had any response since. I sent a message by chat 12 hours ago no response! Please help!! Case id70091932
