My complaint:
I have made a crypto transfer (XLM) from my exodus wallet to Binance, but unfortunately I did not include the tag ID. I have raised this issue with Binance and provided all the information requested to allow them to find the XLM currency not deposited into my Binance account.
I have not received any acknowledgement or response from Binance, despite contacting them on a few occasions. I would now like to escalate this to a formal complaint.
Suggested solution:
By depositing the transferred currency or returning it back to the original wallet
