My complaint:
I made I payment from my Brazilian bank account into a Binance Brazilian Partner s account.
On 30042021 amour of R$ 400,00
And I never got this credit into my Binance account.
No one available to answer on their “247” online chat.
The Brazilian Partner called Forteras Intermediações is another joke.
I don’t know how to proceed and get this sorted.
As both of them don’t have anyone available in a chat and also has no telefone contact available.
Suggested solution:
Making sure that I get my money credited into my Binance account.
As it left my account 4 days ago.
