My complaint:
I made a conversion from ETH to BTC on 2021-03-05 09:29:16
it showed success. Today I can still see the History of the transaction but it says my available balance is 0.00 in my BTC wallet.
Suggested solution:
They should try to check and find out that my crypto balance for BTC is missing and deposit it back
