Binance complaint: Cant access my account and no credible response

My complaint:

I logged out of my binance account yesterday as was having difficulty withdrawing more than 50 quid. Even though 10 minutes before I added my id with driving licence. Tried again and couldn’t get in to my account. I sent several messages on live chat, although took hours to respond. Then I followed the steps added the emails in to my spam as per instruction. Still nothing when trying to reset password. Checked spam nothing, Checked inbox nothing. 26 hours with no meaningful reply and still no acess

Suggested solution:

Just allow me access expeditiously and close my account down
Simply not good enough.
