My complaint:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been trying to access my account for the past week. I contacted customer services and followed all the required steps to fix the issue, however I believe the issue is from Binance’s end.

I was dismissed totally the last time I’ve spoken to customer service.

Suggested solution:

As I have lost my money and access to my account. I'd like compensation.
