My complaint:
I have contacted binance for months to get my password reset and my username fixed. I have had the account since 2018 and they have done nothing to reach out. They are holding my money hostage that I have in there. I have reached out via the chat and nothing has happened. I had an email address that changed and I have no access to it I can verify anything they need but that email is no longer in exitance. I want my money.
