My complaint:
I had binance account which held my crypto investment. Im not a daily trader and I like to hold onto my investments.. About a year ago I heard that the binance is no longer servicing US. At that time I tried logging on to my account to transfer the funds to my other crypto wallet. But realize I no longer have the phone that has the connected Google authentication app. So with out Google authentication app linked I needed binance customer service help. Which I requested 4times already. They keep telling me to login with picture of my passport but US passport were no longer available to upload. So they told me to select another country which I did but the website would still not take my passport picture. I been asking for 1 good service representative to help me step by step to retrieve my asset. But no one seems to care enough to help. Other than making me go in circles all these time. I hope binance can have one of their rep to contact me via email so I can finally get this issues resolved. Thank you.

I hope they can set me up with specialist who can help me log in my account to retrieve my assets.
