My complaint:

As you can see here I sent 30 USD worth of coins from binance to my private wallet and then send it back to binance to same address.
But I can not access my coins. Binance is telling me that it needs to transfer my coins beetween binance wallets and I have to pay (0.001 btc) 57 USD for the 30 USD worth of coins to be transferred between binance wallets. This is an on chain transfer and it makes no sense.
I email and spoke to the customer representatives many time and they say they can not help.
I send my coins to binance and can not retrieve them.
This means binance is stealing my money.
Suggested solution:
Transfer the amount to to my wallet from binance on binance.
