Binance complaint: Binance.us will not allow me to withdraw my assets

My complaint:

On August 22, 2022, I was informed that I had completed the Basic Verification process and I could begin using their services. A few days later, I completed the Advanced Verification:

On 0906f2022, i made a wire transfer of $15,000.00 to my Binance.us portfolio. The wire was credited to my account.

Binance.us then conducted a review of the wire. I had to show them my credit union account and how the $15,000.00i came from a home equity loan.

Binance.us did not like the wire transfer for unspecified reasons and said they were returning it to my credit union account. The 15K was returned.

At the present time, I am unable to withdraw my other assets from Binance.us. I have 521.276 USDT Tether and 0.02334631 BTC Bitcoin valued at $436.14. The total value is currently $957.46. When I try to withdraw, message appears that says my account is restricted.

I have gone to customer service but I have not received any information on how I can move my assets to a safer location.

Suggested solution:

Binance.US should allow me access to my assets currently worth about $957.00.
