My complaint:
I deposited $600 to my Binance account on 16 October in good faith. When I tried to withdraw my $600 to be deposited on another platform I was unable to do so. On talking to Binance customer service I found that my $600 in my Binance account had been frozen. Binance would not allow me to withdraw my $600 because another transaction was in dispute. I had no prior knowledge that Binance were freezing my deposits and only found out after I was unable to withdraw my funds .
Suggested solution:
Binance must allow me to withdraw my $600 from my account. I should have legal access to my money.
