My complaint:
After providing all evidence required to back up my inquiry, I have failed to receive a singe response from any member of the Binance team since February 10th 2021.
I have reached out to them multiple times via their new ‘Live Chat’ system which is a terrible feature and is a nightmare to navigate and have had no reply from my email support ticket except automatic ‘Reach out to our live chat’ emails.
I’m beyond belief that a company of this status, operating with such a great deal of financial turnover can treat customers this way, even though their application failed at such a pinnacle moment.
My complaint was based on their ‘Network Error’ via their mobile application on February 8th, in which orders were being displayed as ‘successful’ only to be shown as false when the network had less active users.
I have provided all evidence in terms of screenshots and times at which this major fault occurred and believe I am 100% in the right.
Suggested solution:
All I wish for is a genuine response from the Binance team to why my inquiry is not being dealt with after providing all necessary information and why they refuse to reply to any of my correspondance.
I have many more screenshots to back up my complaint and the company has seen them. I deserve the right to hear why they will not progress with my complaint.
