My complaint:
I have been using the yellow market-button many times at it liquidates the position immediately but it did not work anymore.
Two days in a row I had an open futures contract. Both times I tried to liquidate it by one click using the yellow market – button under close all positions.
The first day I tried at least three times and nothing happened. Not even an error message. Binance said they wanted to help me but since I did not have a screenshot as a proof they would not help me. I lost about 50-60K USD.
The next day I had a new contract. I tried the yellow market – button again and again it didn’t do as it should. But this time I have learned I took a screenshot as proof while it happened.
Binance has received the proof and does not want to take responsibility making an excuse about my stop loss was not set correct.
The point is the stop loss was never needed if the one-click liquidate button had worked.

Suggested solution:
Refund all of my losses.
