My complaint:
When I have a position open in a trade and try to sell, it says insufficient balance to place order or balance for selling is unavailable due to rapid decline in prices even when the prices are stable. Sometimes I have to try up to 20 times to close my trade before it says succes. It also often ignores my limit orders I’ve lost thousands due to this glitch and its not right. I’ve come across reddit posts from 3years ago detailing these same bugs how is this acceptable? This is why binance reviews are getting lower by the day and as soon as a better app becomes more popular people will simply move elsewhere unless these issues are fixed.
Suggested solution:
Fix the issue mentioned above I'm on android, I'm not sure it's exclusive to android but many users are experiencing this issue. It's worrying an app that handles billions is this relaxed about tech issues.
