My complaint:
I was making a 1000usdt withdrawal from my binance wallet to an external wallet that only accepts trc20 or erc20. Unfortunately binance accepted the bsc option that is not accepted by the external wallet . I’ve contacted both parties and binance are not accepting liabilites for the confusion of the different networks that doesn’t support the external wallet.
Suggested solution:
Refund reverse the transaction. And not make it accessible to make this error
