My complaint:
I withdrew $2325 – it says successful though the money never made it to the deposit account. I submitted my first trouble ticket April 12th. as I write this it is May 10th – still no resolution or communication. I am furious.
Suggested solution:
contact me I want the money back in my account - I have no idea where the money is.

I had a $300 wallet balance in Binance and went to log in recently but was denied. Received a message that said Binance was no longer able to service U.S. clients and recommended I sign up with Binance.com/us. They had blocked me from accessing my account and my money. Unbelievable! When I joined Binance they never said that U.S. customers were not allowed. Now all of a sudden U.S. customers are blocked.
