My complaint:
Hi my email which is attached with binance account is denjohnsoncts@gmail.com I have been facing an issue from last few days and I have been asking about the issue from binance and they are not even replying. I need to know that I am not able to withdraw the funds from my account and you people are not helping me to fix this issue and not even replying me. I also raised a ticket on my case but uptill now there is no reply on that my ticket number is 75288488 so please check on this and help me.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve this case by removing the hold from my account or atleast let me know like what's going on with my account. Because if there is something I need to change please let me know so that I can update my account settings.But atleast reply and let me know what's going on
