My complaint:
Binance blocked my account, the reason being that I supposedly have raised a fraud report on them through VISA. Besides that I never did this, it can not be a reason to prevent me from getting access to my funds. Communication with binance is a horror. You can only chat, then they pass your question to a specialist, who lets you wait for a day, and answers by chat again. Terrible service, and I am getting my lawyer to sue them
