Binance complaint: Absolutely no communication regarding my disabled account

My complaint:

It has been weeks of constant correspondence regarding the status of my account. I have read every single help desk article in order to be able to trade and access my funds within Binance. No one has given me any direction as to why I cannot trade or withdrawal my funds. At this point you are unlawfully holding on to my assets without any explanation. It would be a different story if someone would be able to get back to me, but I have no rhyme or reason as to why I cannot move money around or out of the Binance platform. I need resolution. You’re falsely holding my money without providing me steps to resolution. You reporting my assets under your platform when I have no choice but to leave them there. It’s unethical business practice. How do I resolve this issue.

Suggested solution:

I just need someone to help me understand why funds are being withheld, what I need to do in order to enable trading capabilities, and how long this is going to take? The proof you can observe with the countless emails and zen desk submission forms spanning back for two weeks now. This is ridiculous and extremely bad, unethical business practice. You have left such a bad taste in my mouth, where you are ruining my overall crypto experience. I’m utterly at a loss for the lack of professionalism and resources you have available to resolve simple issues like this. I can’t imagine those investors who have a lot of money tied up within your platform. I hope they know poorly your crypto currency exchange is actually being run.
