Binance complaint: 2FA Verification

My complaint:

I have been with Binance US for years. In order to access the acount a 2FA verification is used through an Authenticator app on the cell fone. I lost access to that Authenticator and asked Binance US to help. They sent a generic email asking me for a photo of my I.D. A photo of me holding that I.D. and a video of me holding the I.D. asking for a reset. I have contacted them 3 time already after sending this info to them and get no response. They have a huge chunk of my money and as life has it , I need access to some of that immediately due to illness.

Suggested solution:

They need to address my situation and fix the problem as they said they would. Im not an impatient or obnoxious person and hate to even submit this complaint but my health is on the line and the time is sensitive not only for my health but in actually getting access to my Binance US account and then having to exchange some back into money to pay for my illness. .
