purchase a lane rocker recliner less than a year ago. your customer service help line needs a extensive training program on customer service. I would be glad to speak to someone on a higher level about the service I received from the initial call to a higher position to resolve my issue.
Suggested solution:
Exchange the chair if customer service cannot locate the. transaction.
