My complaint:
I attended Big Easy Canary Wharf on 17102020, due to being pregnant I ordered a bottle of Diet Coke. The drink did not taste right and due to many years of working in the pub trade I could tell something wasn’t right, I checked and the bottle of Diet Coke expired on 31012020. I explained this to the waiter and I was brought a replacement drink however this was also expired (the same date as previous).
I spoke to the manager regarding this and she said that they would have to check the whole batch and would call me back the day after. After receiving no call, I rang on the 19th to explain I had been quite sick following this.
I have been in touch with the manager since this incident and she informed me that this was put forward to Health and Safety and I would be contacted however this still has not happened!! It has now been nearly 6 weeks and I am no closer to this being resolved.
I have attempted to contact the company on social media regarding this with no luck.
