My complaint:
I placed a bet on a number and that number came i should have won around 380 euros but it showed i haven’t placed a bet on it and all my money was gone. This has happened with me 3 or more times before and when i complained they say we can see any bet placed in history and this way i have lost more than 800 or 1000 euros like that. I really need some solution. Really it feels like online fraud and looted.
Suggested solution:
They never resolved it just keep transferring from one team to another and say they have no issue at their end and bet was not placed
